Your lecture (Excellent Abstracts, Poster discussion, Poster) is in 21^st – 22^nd May, 2025 at venue of Yokohama. You can see your schedule of your lecture on notification of adopted and rejected.

Inquiry acceptance period concerning the result

Until 19^th (Thu) February 2026, your inquiry about the result will be accepted. However, the decision of acceptance or rejection will not be overturned generally, except for the case that the result has been mistaken due to clerical error in the procedural process. And we cannot answer other than reason of rejection on the page. Please refer the Call for abstract about the detail.
